Ten "interesting facts" about me (me = Meredith, we have yet to see if Chris will participate):

1-- I absolutely love winter. I love the cold weather, I love the wind and the snow and the ice and sleet. It's a shame I live in Arkansas, where I'm lucky to have lows in the 30s.

2-- My hair will probably be completely grey by the time I'm 30. I might not make it that long.

3-- I am embarrassed by the fact that I used to be a talented pianist and now I can hardly make it through my elementary level book of Christmas carols.

4-- I love jets. The sound of them flying over, the smell of an air show, yeesh...so exciting!

5-- I'm the pickiest eater I've ever met. So picky that I even frustrate myself sometimes.

6-- One of my favorite places is Rome, specifically the Trastevere neighborhood. I sometimes wonder, though, if I would enjoy it as much if I went back, or if the first visit will always be the best.

7-- Speaking of Italy: I stayed in Florence for a month and didn't eat a single bite of pasta while I was there. I didn't try pasta until after I came home. I could kick myself for that.

8-- I am a Chapstick junkie. Seriously. Heavy duty.

9-- I have an unintentional bird theme in my living room, including feathered bird Christmas ornaments, that clashes with my collection of (real) cats.

10-- I am exactly halfway between the height of my mom and my dad, whereas my brother is taller than both.
